You will learn a lot of Spanish…
- Learn Spanish with daily online lessons (Monday to Thursday mornings) from October until May.

… and you will gain teaching experience
- Cultural Ambassadors teach extra-curricular English classes to children in small groups (8 to 12 students) as well as 1:1 in private lessons.
- Our English lessons are based on language immersion, incorporating games and fun activities that are already planned for you.
- We provide all the lesson plans and required materials, as well as support and ongoing training from our Academics team.
- Ambassadors teach a maximum of 10 hours per week from October 2024 through May 2025.
Ready to apply? This is the process
- Fill out our application form by May 31st, 2024.
- All applicants meeting requirements will be contacted by the Academics team and scheduled for an online interview.
- Applicants will be asked to submit references supporting their application, and these references will be contacted by the Academics team.

- An Ambassador Agreement will be extended to all successful applicants who will have two weeks to accept or decline the offer.
- Upon official acceptance, we will issue the letter that the ambassador uses to apply for the student visa at their closest Spanish consulate. The consulate has additional requirements for student visa applications which include proof of economic means, a background check, and private health insurance in Spain for the duration of the student visa.
- Native Learn can provide assistance with obtaining private health insurance in Spain. Upon successful completion of the program, we will reimburse up to 240€ of private health insurance expenses.
- Given the geographic dispersion of schools, Ambassadors placed in Madrid will receive the area of their school in August so as to facilitate the search for housing. We will also provide contact information for nearby leasing agencies, websites, and other housing options.
- Cultural Ambassadors must arrive in Spain by September 9th and will begin orientation shortly after.
- Both Spanish lessons and English teaching will begin on October 1st.
